CRAIG TRAPP
Owner/President
Craig started working at Topeka Blueprint as a delivery driver at the young age of 17. Over the years, he worked his way up in positions, purchasing the company in 1996. August 2022 marked his 52nd year at Topeka Blueprint. He is our Fearless Leader, a title he has much earned. In his free time, Craig is an avid golfer and bowler. He enjoys walks with wife Melanie and their dog, Frosty. He also has 3 granddaughters and one grandson who he loves to support and spend time with.
DARRELL KIRKWOOD
Large Format Digital Printer | Framer | Mounting & Laminating
Darrell has been a member of the staff at Topeka Blueprint for 42 years. Darrell operates our HP6000 large format digital plotter. He also handles our custom framing needs including assembly and finishing. Darrell enjoys free time with his 3 granddaughters and wife, Gail. In his time away from the shop, Darrell runs a small Lawn & Snow removal service.
KRISTEN TRAPP
Small Format Printer | Wedding Invitation Specialist | Graphic Designer
Kristen started her journey at Topeka Blueprint in 2000 while finishing up her college education at Washburn University. After receiving her degree, dad Craig, hired her on full time. Kristen does graphic design and works closely with wedding couples to design and print wedding stationery ensembles. Kristen is a mom to a daughter and a son and loves to support all their sports adventures!
LYNN WEINBRECHT
Small Format Printer | Large Format Printer | Graphic Designer
Lynn joined the TBP team in 2012. She has been a great asset to the crew with her vast photo editing and layout skills. Lynn can mulit-task with the best of them. She is often found providing customer service, running multiple printers and completing design work. Lynn enjoys spending her free time in her retro room listening to podcasts and her two sons rap music.
HEIDI FAULK
Small Format Printer | Large Format Printer | Mounting & Laminating | Bookkeeper
Heidi was welcomed to the team in 2017. Heidi is what you call a go-getter. Whether its scanning large format prints, cutting, mounting, entering invoices or paying bills- Heidi gets it done! She is our quality control and makes sure no job leaves without the upmost satisfaction to the client. Heidi loves dogs and animals almost to a fault. Her and hubby Greg enjoy traveling to Alaska visit their son, Gregory.
